All purchases are covered and protected by our complimentary software activation guarantee. If your purchased software is unable to be activated or does not remain activated you have the right to a replacement. To replace please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the replacement does not resolve the issue you are then entitled to a full refund.
SoftwareDestiny will exchange software purchases for up to 30 days after order completion. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange after 30 days.
Refunds will be credited back to the credit/debit card used when placing the order. Refunds are processed immediately but may take 3-5 business days depending on your bank or credit card company.

No refunds on digital downloads. We provide 100% full refund only for any product that is unable to activate your software. We do not provide refunds for accidental purchases, computer incompatibility, or other computer or hardware related problems.

We may, from time to time, remove without notice because of the software provider’s licensing restrictions or for other reasons. SoftwareDestiny will not be liable to you if any orders are removed from SoftwareDestiny’s website or otherwise becomes unavailable.
